Nearly 35,000 hardy vines of 10 different varieties produce wines of exceptional quality as a result of the soil components, the south-facing orientation of the vines and the meticulous care given from pruning to bottling.
The hardy vines (Minnesota hybrids) are worked with great care and no fungicides, insecticides or herbicides are used. We apply organic fertilizers. The wines produced are organic, certified by Ecocert Canada.
