Nearly 35,000 rustic vines of 10 different varieties produce wines of exceptional quality resulting from the components of the soil, the orientation of the vines facing south and the meticulous care lavished from the pruning of the vines to bottling. The hardy vines (Minnesota hybrids) are cultivated with great care and no fungicides, insecticides or herbicides are used. We apply organic fertilizers. The wines produced are organic, certified by Ecocert Canada.
