Departure from Montréal is at noon, near Radisson metro station. After a scenic drive through the countryside, your afternoon begins with a guided visit to the Distillerie Grand Dérangement, an inspiring place where craftsmanship meets sustainability. You’ll learn about their eco-responsible production process, from fermentation to distillation and barrel aging. The distillery stands out for its use of locally grown organic ingredients and its award-winning creations such as SAGA Gin, Petite Eau Vodka, and Pembroke whisky. A guided tasting is included, giving you the opportunity to fully appreciate the distinct aromas and character of these authentic spirits.
The experience continues with some free time at Dorwin Falls Park, a spectacular natural site where the Ouareau River cascades dramatically over rocky cliffs. Linked to the legend of the sorcerer Dorwin, this park offers well-maintained forest trails, multiple lookouts with views of the waterfalls, and beautiful forest scenery especially colorful in autumn. You will have about four hours to explore at your own pace, take photos, or simply relax and enjoy the calm atmosphere. If you finish early, numerous restaurant around would provide coffee and other comforting hot drinks to finish this great day outdoor.
Departure from the park is around 5:30 p.m., with arrival back in Montréal at approximately 6:30 p.m.
