**Departure**
The departure takes place at Radisson metro station at 8:30 AM. Along the way, your guide-driver will introduce you to local culture and history and lead the discussion on board.
**CANI-KART – AUTUMNAL DOG SLEDDING**
Cani-kart, which can be described as summer dog sledding, is a wheeled sport pulled by dogs, perfect for an adrenaline rush. It’s the summer sport most similar to winter dog sledding.
The Kinadapt team wants to give you exclusive behind-the-scenes access, allowing you to participate in the dogs’ training for their physical and psychological well-being all year round, as well as their preparation for the winter dog sledding season. It’s an activity as enjoyable and memorable for the dogs as it is for humans.
**Ride Duration:** 20-30 minutes, depending on the temperature.
**Total Activity Duration:** 3 hours.
On the agenda: lessons on pack customs and basic safety rules, contact and harnessing with the dogs, cani-kart ride on the trails (20-30 minutes, depending on the temperature), and a small snack to wrap up the activity (it’s coffee time!).
To ensure the dogs’ safety, when the temperature is too warm, we reserve the right to shorten the cani-kart time and/or offer you other equally interesting harnessed sports better suited for our Nordic dogs.
Protective gear is provided (helmet, visor, and jacket).
Bring clothes that can get dirty, waterproof boots, and a change of clothes.
**LUNCH**
It’s time to eat! Enjoy a picnic-style lunch box featuring local products to discover. A simple menu, but full of flavor!
**DISTILLERY**
In the afternoon, we meet at the Les Esprits Tordus farm distillery for a visit to the orchard, the distillery, and a tasting. For millennia, wherever humans have produced fruits, vegetables, grains, and aromatic plants, fermentation and distillation have occurred. The alembic has given us our first remedies, comfort during long winter nights, a form of currency, and good social lubricants for our village festivities. It has also helped reduce waste by giving a second life to various agricultural residues. But it all starts with the care and work of the land. Every good spirit is thus the expression of a unique terroir, the personality of the distillers who created it, and their craftsmanship. We hope you enjoy ours! Joëlle and Stéphane, owners.
Return to Montreal around 5:30 PM.
